We recommend scheduling 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability, although same-day or next-day appointments may sometimes be possible.

Yes, but it is not required. Many agents choose to provide access instructions and allow the photographer to complete the session independently.

Most residential photography sessions take 45–90 minutes, depending on the size of the property and the services requested. We understand that your time is equally valuable and we will make every attempt to get onsite, shoot the interior property first and any/all exterior and drone footage second which would allow you to leave the site in a timely manner.

We photograph properties of all sizes, from condo’s, townhomes and small residential listings to large luxury homes and commercial properties.

Late morning through early afternoon generally provides the best natural lighting for interior and exterior photography. However, the ideal time may vary depending on the property’s orientation and surrounding landscape.

If weather conditions affect outdoor photography or drone flights, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Yes. Homes should be clean, staged, and photo-ready prior to the appointment to ensure the best possible results. For your convenience, we have included our “Preparing Your Home for Media Day” guide on this page to help sellers get the property ready for photography. If the property is not photo-ready upon arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to allow adequate preparation.

We do not move or rearrange furniture or personal belongings. The home should be staged before the appointment.

Yes. For safety and efficiency, pets should be securely crated or removed during the shoot. Please keep in mind that your Media photos are best represented without pets in a photo and the preference is always to have the pets out of the home prior to arrival.

No. Our team will adjust lighting and blinds during the shoot to achieve the best exposure and presentation.

No, it is best if all ceiling fans are turned off when the photographer arrives. We use a bracketed series of photos to obtain the best possible exposure and moving ceiling fans will create blur.

Yes. All images are professionally edited for color balance, exposure, clarity, and composition before delivery.

Yes. Aerial drone photography and video are available when weather and airspace conditions permit.
Vertical Vision 360 strictly adheres to all of the FAA rules and regulations. Here in Southwest Florida we do have areas that affect flight rules. Whether your property is in a restricted or “No Fly” zone we will make every attempt to secure the needed waivers to obtain the necessary approvals. Obtaining the correct waivers can sometimes take up to 4-6 days. With careful planning on our part we can sometimes get those approvals in as little as 24 hours. Planning is essential for these restricted flight areas.

The number of photos delivered depends on the package selected and the size of the property. If you have certain needs and we can discuss those ahead of the shoot we are always willing to make your experience the best that it can be with us.

Standard delivery is typically within 48 hours after the shoot. After the shoot, our editing team will start on your photos and we will make every attempt to deliver your photos in less than 48 hours. Video files if ordered as an additional service may take up to 72 hours to deliver.

Images are delivered through a secure online gallery. Once your package completes the editing process a payment request is sent and once the invoice has been paid in full the photos can be immediately downloaded by the agent. These photos will be high-resolution files ready for MLS and marketing.

Yes. Twilight photography and virtual twilight editing are available to create striking listing images.

Basic image enhancements are included, but advanced object removal or extensive editing may require additional services.

We offer the “Blue Sky” guarantee. We can enhance your photos with bright blue skies prior to delivering you your photo package. All at no additional charge.

Yes. Agents may use the images to market the property across MLS, websites, and marketing materials related to the listing. All images remain the copyrighted property of Vertical Vision 360, and each package includes a license for the listing agent to use the images to promote the sale of the property. This license applies only to the active listing and expires once the property is sold or the listing is no longer active.

Yes. Images are delivered in formats suitable for MLS listings and online marketing.

We provide professional real estate photography and videography, aerial drone photography, aerial video, and property marketing media designed to showcase listings with high-quality visual presentation.

Yes. We photograph both occupied and vacant homes. Vacant homes can still produce beautiful listing imagery when properly prepared and cleaned prior to the appointment.

Yes, All pilots that fly for Vertical Vision 360 are FAA Certified Part 107 Pilots. They have all completed vigorous training and have years of experience flying UAV’s.

Vertical Vision 360 serves most of Southwest Florida including Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Boca Grande, Lehigh, LaBelle and surrounding communities.
Our standard service area is within 20 miles of Fort Myers. Properties located outside our standard service area may require a travel fee. Please contact us for details when scheduling.
